CTM 500 Series

CTM’s latest 500 Series model, the CTM 554 cleaner loader has reverse action rollers for effective tare removal. The new reverse action design offers even greater flexibility to suit soil and crop conditions. In place of the company’s successful 544’s four spiral rollers, the 554 has two smooth outer rollers working with two spiral inner rollers. In forward drive the four rollers effectively eject clods, stones and trash while reverse drive offers faster ‘pure cleaning’ for cleaner crops which only require removal of soil and trash. Drive direction is selected at the turn of a handle and throughput is supported by an engine upgrade to Deutz 40hp.

CTM 9000 Series

Design options include rigid elevator or swivel elevator with extending stabilizer axle. A wide choice of cleaning methods include Pre-cleaner web, spring mounted spiral rollers, ideal for the removal of clods, stones and trash or star wheels for continuous running in heavy, wet conditions prone to clinging mud.

Top of the range model 9333 includes a motorised self-drive system. This permits the operator to move the loader along the clamp without diverting the loading shovel or moving the lorry. It is equipped with a remote control panel that the operator can work either from the ground or on the machine. A radio controlled option is also offered.
