CTM appointed as UK agents for Climax Crop handling Technology

The CTM Root Crop Systems portfolio continues to grow, this time with an announcement at The Potato Event that the Norfolk based company have agreed to distribute equipment by Climax Crop handling Technology of Holland.

The Climax range brings CTM into the pack house with the Logimax 2 continuous box filling system, CTK elevators with high chevron belts from 700 to 1050mm wide and a full range of graders.

Whilst Climax equipment has previously been available in the UK market, the company has been strengthened by a management buy out and they are currently enjoying international success with individual machines and full schemes.

For the Potato Event they displayed their continuous box filling system which boasts time saving, automatic operation, crop protection through minimal handling and a high throughput of 35 boxes an hour. The Logimax is fitted with CLC line-control for single or double in feeds.

The whole system is space saving and can be relocated by forklift.
